Avrox

Herald of the End | The Darkener | Starfallen Dracthyr

The Scaled...

His scales are a deep amethyst, fading to dark indigo at the edges of his limbs and frills. His body is tall, sleek, and sinewy, built more for agility and spellcraft than brute strength. Veins of faint, pulsing void energy trace along his chest and horns - evidence of corruption or adaptation...

The Visage...

A tall, willowy man with sharp, draconic grace. His skin carries a faint violet undertone, as if dusted with a twilight hue. His eyes glow an unnatural, hypnotic pink. His hair is bright white, shot with strands of magenta, often tied back to a sleek tail and braided.

The Parasite...

What began as a desperate bargain became a slow surrender. Beneath Avrox's scales lurks an ancient darkness, a malevolent entity that speaks with his voice and dreams with his mind. He still fights for control, but each day the intruder's grip tightens. Soon, even Avrox may no longer know which thoughts are truly his own...

A new purpose: The starfallen

The Starfallen are antagonists who seek to herald the end of Azeroth by summoning forth a powerful Void entity from beyond reality itself. Despite this, the cast of characters is not one of villains and they will not be accepted within their ranks. They are individuals driven by a desperate need to survive an inevitable end that is coming their way. The Starfallen believe that what they are doing is a necessary means to an end and seek to save as many people as they can at the cost of damning millions. No harm will come to the innocent without good reason as they believe that in their final days, suffering should be the least of their concerns. To that end, the Starfallen may actively fight villainous orders and individuals - if not to protect the weak, then to further their own goals.Over time, those initiated will eventually uncover new layers of a complicated truth and must come to terms with the sacrifices they will have to make to defy fate itself.

The shepherd

Survivor. Witness. Prophet.Vasaar, Host of the Assembly of Dusk, shepherd of the Starfallen, and beacon to those abandoned by fate.It was he who offered salvation when all others turned away - not only to Avrox, but to the Faceless thing creeping beneath his scales.Where others saw corruption, Vasaar saw purpose. Where others offered chains, he promised deliverance.Whether prophet or deceiver, Vasaar offered what neither could refuse: hope. And so Avrox knelt.Bound by faith deeper than blood and devotion stronger than death, he swore himself to Vasaar's cause. His soldier, his strength.Until the last star falls from the heavens and the final dusk claims the world.

Sheth'gor and the Priestess

A chance meeting. A prophecy whispered into the Dracthyr's ear.Sheth'gor was once bound within a cursed lantern carried by the Starfallen, Verryn Velanis. Now, the entity dwells beneath Avrox's scales, nursing old wounds and patiently awaiting the day the Shepherd sets it free.Until then, it feeds upon the draconic power within its host, leaving Avrox severed from the gifts of the flights.Shadow and Void are all that remain to him now - each use drawing him deeper into the fate he was promised.
